Men of greatness seek the outer limits in everything. They are in a perpetual state of curiosity and always strive to learn more. Ohio State football coach Woody Hayes gave every freshman player the book Word Power Made Easy and required that each player learn a new word every day. That’s a great goal for every great man.

Concepts that are beyond ordinary understanding and too complex for conventional thinking are ineffable. The human soul; the meaning of life; the experience of birth; the nature of love; and the nature of spiritual experiences are each considered ineffable.
